Our Abdominal Birth Hypnobirthing course will prepare you for the birth of your little one with a combination of c-section knowledge, hypnobirthing, and your abdominal birth postnatal recovery package tailored specifically for you. Our c-section specific hypnobirthing approach examines your own psychology and perceptions and works to positively reframe them using relaxation techniques, ensuring a calm and controlled birth. Using a rounded and realistic approach BBA will guide you through your choices and options ahead of your birth, ensuring you feel prepared and confidant. With a focus on postnatal recovery planning, abdominal birth bag packing and home equipment, BBA will ensure you and your home are equipped for those first few weeks recovering from your abdominal birth. The British Birthing Academy delivers our tailored Abdominal Birth and Hypnobirthing courses via group sessions at the beautiful Studio 24 in Guernsey, one to one sessions in your home or via zoom for clients further afield.

Alongside the course you will receive materials including affirmation cards, abdominal birth  audios, online BBA information bundles, and relaxation scripts, as well as our official BBA book with added space for note taking and birth planning. We ensure you have all the materials you need to continue your practice in the lead up to your birth.

You are welcome to book our course at any time, however we recommend joining us at around 30 weeks of pregnancy to ensure you have lots of time to practice the techniques, before your little one arrives.
