What we do with your information

Your details remain in our computer system and are only used by The British Birthing Academy (BBA) to arrange our courses. BBA will send you material related to the course and may inform you about local services and support that are available in your area during and after your pregnancy. BBA may also contact you with regards to admin information- an example of which may be date and time of the course.

We do not share your information with third parties; however, we may use your name and email address to inform you of future offers and similar products. You can unsubscribe to this at any time by writing to us via email at thebritishbirthingacademy@gmail.com

The nature of BBA courses and pop up events means that we are very social and promote interaction between our clients to increase the likelihood of you making lifelong friends. Prior to the start date of your course we will put together a group contact list and use an encrypted messaging service to contact the group who will be taking the course. We will ask for your consent for this in the pre course consent form you will be sent which we ask you to sign and return prior to starting the course. It will be an e-document and can be emailed straight back to thebritishbirthingacademy@gmail.com

On this list we plan to include contact details such as names and phone numbers for both you and your partner, and we will share this with other registrants. We will always use a encrypted messaging service to do this. If you do not wish to be part of this, you may alert us by ticking the opt out section of the pre course consent form or/and emailing us at thebritishbirthingacademy@gmail.com
